GENERAL CONDITIONS

Queries and availiablity request sent through the site or email are not binding for you or for Agriturismo Humile.
The reservation becomes binding for Agriturismo Humile only at the moment of the reception of the credit card data on which to pre-authorize the amount of the reservation, this operation will confirm its validity without charging it directly, the transfer will be completed on check-out with fiscal receipt.

The reservation may be cancelled automatically if no payment or no credit card number has been received within five days.

All prices displayed include VAT.

With the payment of the deposit or reception of the credit card data, this general booking conditions (especially the terms of cancellation) are considered as understood and legally accepted.

SAFETY RULES AND PREVENTION MEASURES 2020-2021

In the facility, at the entrance, body temperature could be measured, preventing access in case of temperatures above 37.5 ° C and flu symptoms.

It is important to wash hands frequently with soap and water (for atleast 20 seconds) or using hydroalcoholic solutions, especially before handling commonly used devices (for personal protection) and after use (for the protection of others).
Our farmhouse provides sanitizing gel dispensers to be used in particular at the entrance and exit of common areas and rooms.

If necessary during the stay, our Agriturismo can provide surgical masks and / or disposable gloves. The use of the mask is a civic duty towards other people if it is not possible to maintain the safety distance and it is useful to use them when coming into contact with strangers (not belonging to the same family or cohabitation). In fact, it is necessary to respect the minimum distance of 1 meter in all phases of common life, with people who do not belong to your family or of coexistence, especially where the use of the mask can be omitted as in the meal service area, relaxation area, solarium and swimming pool area (minimum distance 1.5 meters).

It is mandatory to carefully read the signs and internal regulations present with an indication of the prohibitions and behaviors to be followed when using the swimming pool. In the solarium area, keep a distance of 1.5 meters from people not belonging to the same family or cohabitants and in the tub, follow the instructions of the internal regulation regarding the maximum number of bathers (7 square meters per person) that can be present in the pool at the same time. Use only the beds that are assigned for the duration of the stay. It is mandatory to use the shower and disinfectant solutions for hands and feet, before entering the pool.

If during the stay the guest or a person under his responsibility, presents fever, sore throat, symptoms of respiratory infection, it is necessary to stay in his room and communicate it to the direction of the farm. The management, in compliance with the privacy rules, will contact the competent Health Authority.

INFORMATION

The minimum stay is 2 nights.

Arrival (Check-in): the rooms are available after 3.00pm, and before and not later 8.00 pm (in any case, the baggage can be left previously).

Departure (Check-out):  the rooms must be left by 11.00am of the leaving day.

CANCELLATION POLICY

No penalties will be applied in the event of cancellation made 15 days or more before the arrival date.

In the event of cancellation between 14 and 0 days prior to arrival date, the entire amount of the reservation will be charged.

In the case of early departure/late arrivals/no-show, Agriturismo Humile reserves the right to charge you in full for the agreed period of your stay.

PAYMENT METHOD

Payment of the full amount or the remainder should be made upon checking out via debit card, credit card (Visa/MasterCard) or cash. We cannot accept cash payments for sums in excess of € 1,000.

CITY TAX

The tourist tax adopted by the Municipal Council of the Municipality of Chianciano Terme (Municipal Council Resolution No. 23 of 27 April 2012) is established, as required by national legislation, in order to finance interventions on tourism.

It has been established that this tax, determined per person and per night (up to a maximum of 7 consecutive nights), must be collected by the accommodation facilities. For agritourisms with 3 ears the amount is equal to €0.50. The tourist tax is not included in the price of accommodation for which it will be added to the total and will be certified by receipt.

PLACE OF JURISDICTION

For whatever controversy which might arise relating to interpretation, execution and/or to the finalisation of the booking contract to which the present conditions are applied, in which a part Agriturismo Humile, is legally responsible, will be exclusively the competence of the local law courts of Siena.
